1. Delivery is available in GTA Area, Mississauga, Markham, Richmond Hill at present. We will also be able to do special delivery in some cases outside these areas. The details show as follow:
   • $30 for the distance within 5 Kilometers (if the total amount is under $500).
   • $50-$70 for the distance over 5 Kilometers in GTA area (if the total amount is under $1000).
   • The charge will be negotiable for the special delivery.
2. Delivery dates and times are approximate and could vary due to supply availability traffic, weather, or other delay circumstances beyond our control.
3. Please clear all passages, hallways and entrances off any obstructions, prior to arrival of the delivery. It’s customers’ responsibility to ensure that the furniture will fit into their home prior to purchasing, and we do not responsible if merchandise does not pass through doorways, staircases, elevators or fit into the premises. We will not accept any responsibility for any damage to property during delivery.
4. Customer is responsible for re-delivery charges if:
   • Customer is not home at the scheduled delivery time.
   • Prior arrangements have not been made for elevator reservations.

We offer One-year limited warranty for solid wood furniture, sofa sets, and office furniture; 20-years limited warranty for HowleeMattrress○R against manufacturer’s defects. This policy does not apply to AS IS or final sale items.
